LOVE/LIGHT VISUALISATION

To do a visualisation imagine you get the Light from above coming into you and then filling you completely until your whole body shines and any dark or dimmed areas disappear. Next spread your Light and Love, make it grow so that all of your home, family, friends, town, country and world are covered in light and there are no longer any dark areas.

If you are directing it to a particular person send the Love/Light their way. If you send it to those that hurt you or wrong you in any way, you will soon find a complete change in their attitude towards you.

Join our Facebook group called Lightworkers. Our goal is to do the healing meditation or prayer focusing on a goal which is beneficial to all humanity. Because we all live in different time zones we do this meditation in our own time but focusing on a common, global goal.
